Description

Maryna Viazovska will be receiving an honorary doctorate from Sorbonne University on Tuesday, March 25. In anticipation of the ceremony, this one-day scientific conference will highlight recent breakthroughs and emerging perspectives in problems related to Viazovska's mathematical contributions. The talks will cover such topics as sphere packing in large dimension, extremal spectra of hyperbolic surfaces, and Fourier interpolation, and will be aimed at a large mathematical audience.

We ask that you please register for the event if you plan on attending. This will allow us to judge the capacity of the lecture hall and to plan for the buffet lunch.
